Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for SAP EWM and/or MES support, addressing user queries and issues efficiently.
Assist users in navigating and utilizing SAP EWM and/or MES functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to SAP EWM and/or MES.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant teams as needed. Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to enhance system understanding and usage.
Monitor system performance and report any anomalies or issues to the relevant teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and system integration.
Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, issues, and resolutions.
Participate in shift rotations, including weekend shifts, to provide continuous support coverage
*Work Schedule onsite 5 days a week in either Redmond or Kirkland, WA, on-call and weekend work rotations.
