You are:


 

The
Associate
Design Director works autonomously, leads a team, and brings the vision of multiple projects to life with little or no oversight.
The
Associate
Design Director works closely with the co-
creative
leaders
and
across departments and with clients, thinking on a higher level about how best to drive the business. Internally, the
Associate
Design Director is a key contributor to the
creative
department and agency culture, and a mentor to shape more junior designers’ careers. Their work is consistent in excellence and originality.   
 


 

The work:


 

Oversee multiple pieces of business at once, effectively managing time and delegating work 
 

Manage staff, both in reviewing work and in guiding their career development and growth 
 

Think beyond the campaign, always looking towards a bigger vision and developing comprehensive ecosystems of work 
 

Forge strong client relationships, and
establish
full client trust in your instincts and decisions  
 

Continually push work beyond the status quo and motivate and challenge all departments to go above what is expected  
 

See all briefs as opportunities and drive members of team from all departments to take the work a step above 
 

Work with other disciplines (e.g.,
Copywriter, Art Director,
Account Management, Operations, Strategy, Project Management, Creative, UX, Design, Interactive Technology) to
determine
scopes and project requirements
