Global Head of Creative Excellence
The global lead for creative excellence is directly responsible for defining, managing and executing the Droga5 vision for creative excellence on behalf of both Droga5 and the clients they serve. This person will be responsible within Droga5 to support key campaign launches, product launches and market launches. Not only will this person develop plans for creative excellence for our clients but will also deliver the tactical campaign in market to ensure that the work is received and recognised for excellence.
A critical part of this role will be building and maintaining relationships with trade, industry events and award shows globally to ensure that Droga5 client work is recognised for both its effectiveness and creative excellence. This role will also need to monitor public opinion, consult with clients on making sure that Droga5 work is recognised globally as well plan and organize events such as press conferences and product launches. Strong understanding of what creative excellence looks like, how it is recognised and how we influence media to champion the work is essential.
Job Responsibilities
The Global Head of Creative Excellence will partner closely with clients, the creative industry and trade publications. Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies that reflect the brand strategy of our clients and the creative ambition of Droga5 work will be critical.
The role will also look to build the profiles of key Droga5 leaders to be synonymous with leadership in the creative industry.
Actively work to develop media hungry ideas that will generate public interest in client products and campaigns
Can move fast and think with a creative mind around how to best amplify a campaign idea and add luster to an existing launch
Play a key role in strengthening the reputation and salience of clients and their brands and in turn the Droga5 brand.
