As the Product Management Senior Manager, you will lead the day-to-day of the Product Management team in driving the growth of our Platform and products. You will bring an iterative, analytical approach and a bias toward action as they collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Engineering to understand the market and customer needs to enhance our Product Portfolio and drive outcomes in the Service Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
Focused on the design, development, launch and ongoing refinement of market competitive products for the company to sell and manage; the Product team’s mission is to be a source of consistent innovation which constantly creates new value for our clients and prospects, their customers, and our business – enabling growth, scale and disruption.
Drive Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for a multi-product B2B SaaS portfolio focused on Service Supply Chain, targeting high-tech, med-tech, and light industrial markets.
Lead & Coach the Product Team: Manage and mentor a global Product Management team, serving as a player-coach, improving PM best practices and instilling an Agile, data-driven mindset within a team of varying product management experience.
Own Product Outcomes & Growth: Champion revenue and customer growth and other critical product metrics (Return Rate, Return Velocity, Automation Rate) by setting measurable goals and holding the team accountable for results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Delivery to ensure alignment between product vision, market needs, and technical feasibility. Balance stakeholder requests with product priorities, pushing back when necessary to protect the roadmap.
Travel requirement: Up to 15%, possibly internationally
