Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fiserv Platform Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the in-house subject matter expert of the Fiserv platform, reducing day-to-day dependency on Fiserv across functional and technology teams. This role involves enabling the functional team to identify gaps and mismatches between expected business requirements and the capabilities that the Fiserv product can readily execute. Additionally, the Fiserv Platform Lead will rationalize and advocate for Client needs and expectations with Fiserv, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities include:
• Serve as the in-house subject matter expert on the Fiserv Optis platform, providing guidance and support to functional and technology teams.
• Reduce day-to-day dependency on Fiserv by empowering internal teams with the knowledge and tools needed to operate independently.
• Enable the functional team to identify gaps and mismatches between expected business requirements and the capabilities of the Fiserv product.
• Advocate for Client needs and expectations with Fiserv, ensuring that these are effectively communicated and addressed.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Client and Fiserv to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Fiserv Platform Lead or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Fiserv Optis platform and its capabilities.
• Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to identify gaps and mismatches with platform capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for Client needs and expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Experience in training and supporting internal teams on platform use and capabilities.
