Job Description:

You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the Combat Systems Installations Division, Modernization & Installation Department of the Mission Module Support Branch for NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, located in San Diego, CA
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying electronics engineering technology concepts, methods, and practices to to perform and coordinate assignments in Navy shipboard preventive and corrective maintenance for combat systems and equipment. You will provide team leadership for the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Mission Package Support Facility (MPSF) maintenance team.
You will lead a government and contractor team in the planning, execution and reporting of sustainment maintenance for LCS mission modules worldwide.
You will lead technical services involved with the execution of work assignments pertaining to significant tasks within complex project-oriented in-service technical support services in U.S. and allied ships and shore facilities.
You will analyze electronics, electro-mechanical and other aspects of the system to include the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of the operational deficiencies, caused by malfunctions or casualties within the equipment.
You will lead the MPSF maintenance team ensuring accuracy data for Maintenance, Material, Management (3M) programs.
You will lead on-site services to include problem identification and resolution, instruction in performance of maintenance procedures or providing technical information/advice relative to the specific equipment.
