To be considered for the position, you must meet the following qualification requirements. Education: There is no substitution of education for specialized experience for this grade level. Experience: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. To be creditable, this experience must have equipped the applicant with the particular qualifications to perform successfully the duties of the position, and must typically be in or related to the position to be filled. Some examples of this qualifying experience are: Experience in preparing and analyzing various reports for the Customer Services Administrator on current operational levels and reports on any backlogs or other operational workload problems. Experience in researching and analyzing data and making recommendations to improve operations. Experience processing receipt of purchase orders/contracts, assignment of customer numbers, factory loading, mailing of order acknowledgments, and telephonic follow-ups on status of orders. Experience in customer service relations and resolving customer orders and delivery problems. If applicable, credit will be given for paid and unpaid experience. Serves as the Customer Service Group Manager overseeing Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) administration, outbound telephone service operations, and inbound customer service operations. Responsible for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of UNICOR’s Customer Service operations at FMC Lexington. Responsible for the implementation of approved marketing policy dealing with customer services. This includes the identification and analysis of customer services programs that communicate the full range of UNICOR services through active public relations, promotion, and customer support programs. The process includes an analysis, planning, implementation, and control of services designed to target the Federal market, it’s needs and desires, using effective pricing, communications and distribution of materials to inform, stimulate, and serve these markets. Responsible for the execution of marketing policies and objectives as well as, the customer service program. Prepares and analyzes various status reports for the Customer Services Administrator on current operational levels and reports on any backlogs or other operational workload problems. Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and is performed on a regular and recurring basis.
