Job Description
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in IT Mergers and Acquisitions as  well as proficiency in Program Project Management, Risk Management, Scope Management, and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Utilize data-driven insights to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation. Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Lead regular project reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Mentor and support team members in their professional development and project-related skills. 
*Must be located in Atlanta, GA as this is a hybrid role requiring three days/week in Atlanta office.
