Work experience, education, and/or specialized intensive training sufficient to demonstrate IT knowledge and skill in: - Participating in the planning and delivery of a full range of IT customer support services; - Installing, configuring, upgrading and trouble shooting hardware and software components; - Presenting formal and informal training and assistance to customers; - Reporting, responding to, and resolving customer requests. Qualifying education is graduate education in one of the following fields of study: computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, or technology management, or has provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks. HIGHLY PREFERRED CRITERIA: 1. 2-3 Years experience in IT related systems. 2. Possess CompTIA Security+ Certification. 3. Familiarity with Army Unified Directory Services. Under general supervision, performs routine and recurring assignments in the delivery of Information Technology customer support services.
Participates in the planning and delivery of a full range of Information Technology customer support services to the organization. Identifies and resolves issues and problems.
Provides information and assistance to customers including system hardware/software installations, configuration, upgrades and troubleshooting.
Reports, responds to and resolves customer requests.
