What You Would Do

The Instructor Analyst plays a key role in designing, developing, and delivering dynamic training solutions that help employees excel and meet organizational objectives. This hybrid role involves facilitating both in person and remote training, creating eLearning modules, and developing materials that support adult learners across a variety of operational areas.
 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with subject matter experts and other key stakeholders to assess learner needs, define expected outcomes, and ensure training aligns with organizational goals
Lead both on-site and remote training sessions, ensuring content is accurate
, adaptive, and engaging
Create and deliver learning solutions using a variety of instructional methods and media
Utilize Digital Adoption Platforms to enhance learning experiences
Analyze data from multiple sources to assess the impact of training programs and instructional practices, identifying
areas for improvement and updating materials and methods to enhance learning outcomes
Regularly update training materials to reflect evolving business processes, operational changes, and new best practices
Stay current with developments in assigned operational areas and contribute as a subject matter expert during the design and development of training content
Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely
delivery, scope adherence, and high-quality outcomes, while keeping stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and solutions
 
 
 

Job Requirements

Hybrid role: The work location for this role will include a mix of working onsite at an Accenture office and remotely
Must meet the Primary Residential Location (PRL) policy requirements for the Austin office location
