This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing expertise in advising, assisting, developing, monitoring and planning long-range plans and annual budgets for programs and fund accounts. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: facilitating request for funding from staff, maintaining accountability of funds utilizing accounting systems AND assisting with monthly reviews of spending to ensure it is within accordance with spending plan. You will provide formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities.
You will apply sound resource management principles; able to align resources with policy and strategic direction and policy; able to monitor expenditures and use cost-benefit thinking to set priorities.
You will interact with working group members and prepare and present briefings to senior level officials.
You will display a strong work ethic and be results-oriented; accomplish tasks in a timely manner; be able to effectively prioritize tasks and work simultaneous projects efficiently.
You review formulate and analyze budget allocation and execution; understands the organization's financial processes; able to prepare, justify and administer the program PPBE process.
