To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Preparing correspondence and briefing materials, documenting research findings, conducting research studies, reporting findings, and making recommendations. Creating, coordinating, and maintaining executive level briefings and communications with customers. Research laws, regulations, and policies for program application. Conducts analysis and draws conclusions for program development, management, and execution. Program Management utilizing data, operational processes, creativity and innovation to support and improve performance supporting strategic plans and initiatives Develops professional relationships with counterparts and customers. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Coordinating with program managers, process owners, subject matter experts, and training partners.
Develops programmatic objectives, strategies, milestones, and procedures in support of agency training and developmental initiatives.
Leverages alternative training and development delivery models, presenters and/or vendors to execute supplement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and job ready checklists training objectives
Direct and facilitate delivery of developmental presentations to the workforce and leadership.
Based on analysis of the results and/or trends, generates written reports with recommendations for top-level management briefings.
Engages in the development of materials that align to operational processes, SOPs, and transactions that prepare agency employees to perform assigned duties.
