Key Responsibilities:
Support strategy definition for patient safety, regulatory, and quality spaces.
Define business needs.
Assess technology solutions.
Prioritize based on ROI.
Work closely with the business solution partner for Global patient safety, analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
Research, gather, and synthesize information.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Pharmacovigilance is required.
Advanced level of proficiency in Requirements Analysis is recommended.
Business Process Design with Intermediate proficiency and Business Model Strategy with Intermediate proficiency are suggested.
Develop innovative strategies for optimizing pharmacovigilance processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of pharmacovigilance data to identify trends and potential risks.
Implement best practices in pharmacovigilance to enhance patient safety and product quality.
