Job Description:

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: tracking and analyzing program financial schedules and milestones, and communicating analysis results to relevant stakeholders; performing programming, budgeting and financial management analysis, to include analyzing resources necessary to accomplish program objectives; and working in financial management systems in order to generate budget reports and communicate budget execution to leadership. You will manage the assessment of program financial health by tracking, coordinating and analyzing overall program financial schedules and milestones.
You will develop strategies for programming, budgeting, and procurement.
You will advise management on decisions concerning resources and support activities to accomplish program objectives.
You will collect and perform independent analysis of program, technical, schedule, and cost data obtained from Government and Contractor sources.
You will manage and track all contract Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) to assure successful completion.
You will make recommendations to adjust available resources to provide support commensurate with schedules and priorities of efforts.
