This position is located at Aurora Community Activity Center on Fort Greely, Alaska. Up to 25% relocation, recruitment and/or retention incentive may be authorized. Eligible for 3.00% COLA. Progressively responsible work experience that indicates the ability to work with minimal supervision, use sound judgment, and accomplish tasks within established timeframes using available manpower resources. Must have a working knowledge of automation and software. Must possess good tact and diplomacy, interact well with people, and be able to communicate in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner. Must know how to prepare and manage reports. Highly Preferred: Candidates that possess highly preferred criteria and meet the minimum qualifications above will be referred to the hiring manager first. Criteria is verified within the application package. Possess experience utilizing Rectrac. Possess experience with event planning.
Ensures adequate staffing of personnel is available, and that supplies and equipment are in place.
Assigns work for the accomplishment of business plans.
Carries out work in accordance with policies, regulations, directives, and requirements.
Accepts fees, issues change, directs the conduct of operations, and performs rounds and inspections, and relief personnel.
Performs line level work as required based on the immediate needs of the operation.
