Job Description:
You will serve as a INSPECTION, INVESTIGATION AND COMPLIANCE ANALYST at MARINE FORCES PACIFIC. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Provide technical expertise in analyzing requests for assistance, allegations of wrong doing, and complaints; develop investigative work plans, investigate hotline complaints or IG Action requests, lead inspection teams, and prepare correspondence associated with allegations supported by fact. You will support the Command Inspector General by managing the command Hotline program; receiving and analyzing complaints and assistance requests to clarify matters of concern, identify issues, formulate allegations, and develop plans of action.
You will conduct and complete investigations and assistance cases accurately and in a timely manner.
You will write detailed reports documenting problems, deficiencies, violations of laws and regulations, orders, directives, or practices for compliance with requirements
You will summarize and verify accuracy of transcribed testimony, prepares required correspondence and reports associated with assigned inquiries and investigations.
