Job Description:
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (SAR WF) in the United States Marine Corps of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising management on matters related to Equal Opportunity, providing subject matter advice and guidance on all matters related to employee survey's and prohibited practices and conduct; and referring complaints of equal opportunity and prohibited activities and conduct to available support services. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Prohibited Activities and Conduct (PAC) policy providing advice, guidance, and interpretation.
You will provide advice to supported commanders and military personnel on the use of the Military Equal Opportunity (MEO) complaint process to report, resolve, and dispose of complaints alleging prohibited activities and conduct.
You will perform conflict management services to assist in resolving issues or refers for mediation/alternative dispute resolution.
You will provide briefings or training on command climate issues and prohibited activities and conduct for supported commands.
You will maintain case management responsibilities throughout the lifecycle of a PAC complaint.
