Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Preparing and/or evaluating cost estimates; overseeing contracts from award through final closeout; processing contract submittals; assembling engineering and fiscal data. You will manage the construction and repair of facilities and structures of conventional nature.
You will be the primary contact on maintenance and construction matters on assigned contracts.
You will review plans and specifications, change orders, contract modifications, claims and transfer documents to determine feasibility, adaptability and conformance to contract requirements.
You will prepare and/or process periodic construction progress reports, and other construction engineering considerations.
You will evaluate change orders and prepare complete requests for contract modification packages to be forwarded to the Contracting Division.
You will prepare and review technical and financial information and prepare memorandums for contract modifications.
