Job Description:

You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the NUCLEAR WEAPONS SURETY DIV (SP30)/SECURITY BRANCH (SP33) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
NH-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as an engineer performing classification management/program protection; analyzing and evaluating program development efforts; and identifying and mitigating risks related to technical information. NH-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as an engineer managing and/or leading classification management/program protection; managing and/or leading program development efforts; and identifying and mitigating risks related to technical information. You will be responsible for program requirements, developing Program Protection Risk Assessments, Program Protection Damage Assessments, and official documentation of Program Protection.
You will track the development of administrative program policies, regulations, goals, or objectives in regard to Program Protection implementation.
You will conduct research to improve or solve program protection guidance to program and project decision-making.
You will support the development of systems engineering solutions to identify and mitigate risks and damages related to the protection of technical information under SSP purview.
You will be responsible for systems engineering validation and verification of program protection requirements integrated into acquisition milestone requirements for model-based designs within development environments and operational environments.
You will be responsible for identifying resources required to support varied levels of program operations such as optimization and integration of Program Protection implementation efforts between the internal stakeholders
