Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. In addition to my experience demonstrating the four competencies above, I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Assisting with planning, coordination, and management of services and products related to intranet and enterprise networks.2) Interfacing with customers and providing customer support for networks and services. 3) Utilize enterprise applications such as NET, FsAST, HPSM, etc. to order and manage products and services. 4) Train or mentor new or lower graded personnel. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of services and products offered on NMCI, Flank Speed, and Nautilus and acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
You will interface with the customer to gather and refine NMCI, Flank Speed, and Nautilus requirements, place orders to fulfill those requirements, track and facilitate delivery, and manage the services through their lifecycle.
You will utilize enterprise applications such as NET, FsAST, HPSM, and others.
You will assist end users with technical or process questions and escalate issues to the vendors or the NAVSUP Enterprise Networks Program Management Office (PMO) when required.
You will interface with the customer to gather and refine NMCI, Flank Speed, and Nautilus requirements, place orders to fulfill those requirements, track and facilitate delivery, and manage the services through their lifecycle.
