Summary This fulltime position will work within the Mental Health PCC to assist in the delivery of evidence based & measure based care for mental health patients identified with a variety of emotional and psychiatric problems such depression, anxiety disorders, and PTSD, substance use disorders such as alcohol misuse, and psychosocial problems such as housing or occupational assistance.
