Job Description:
We’re looking for a Lead General Writer to write, publish, and maintain partner and consumer-facing documentation. Our work ranges from making small edits to existing content, to creating entire Help Centers. We need someone who is able to handle multiple projects at a time to meet our turnaround time expectations, while also maintaining high-quality content.
Responsibilities:
● Create high-quality reference, support, and how-to articles
● Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify knowledge gaps in content
● Draft, develop, and publish content
● Perform peer review for the other writers on the team
● Assure quality of the content produced by our team
● Coach other team members
Skills:
● Strong writing and editing ability
● Ability to write according to our internal style guide
● Strong communication skills

● Customer service
● Experience reviewing and providing feedback for the work of others
● Quality assurance (QA)
