Job Description:
Responsible for facilitating Agile Release Train events and processes, which includes communicating with stakeholders, escalating progress impediments, managing risk, and driving improvement. You will work closely with Product/Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Agile Planning is required.
Advanced proficiency in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is recommended. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Agile Measurement and Agile Technical Coaching is suggested.
Lead and facilitate key Agile ceremonies to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively to maintain project momentum and ensure successful delivery.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
Support team members in their professional development by providing coaching and mentorship.
Analyze project metrics to drive data-informed decisions and enhance team performance.
Industry Experience: Financial Services Technology. Chief Administration Office Technology related projects
