Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING INSTRUCTOR, in Code 900T, within the Production Resources Department of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: one year analyzing, evaluating, or developing training or developmental program requirements to meet organizational goals and employee needs. You will be responsible for the execution of the training program by providing technical and administrative supervision.
You will develop performance standards, evaluate performance of subordinates; provide advice, counseling and instruction to employees on work and administrative matters.
You will plan work assignments, establish priorities, assign and publish work schedule, and prepare plans for work assignments.
You will identify developmental and training needs of employees and make provisions for identified training.
You will recommend promotions, fill vacancies, submit awards and justify requests for additional staff.
