Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of complex ReactJS applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with product vision and user needs.
Champion performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Translate user requirements and designs into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans.
Implement and enforce best practices for coding standards, testing (unit and integration), and deployment.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and debug issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in ReactJS and front-end development.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows.
Logging Systems: Design and implement robust logging systems to ensure effective monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting.
