The Provider Enrollment Internal Quality Analyst will audit enrollment applications via client online application system for all provider types & programs which are measured against state approved criteria.
Responsibilities:
Audit provider enrollment applications submitted via TMHP's online application system for all provider types & programs.
Document all audit findings and email to enrollment staff.
Review and process quality disputes received from enrollment staff.
Dispatch inventory daily for QA staff.
Identify areas of improvement in work instructions and reference material for enrollment staff to help ensure the minimum quality score of 98% is met.
Suggest systematic modifications to current application systems and manual operational processes.
Maintain a minimum quality score of 98% or higher.
The programs used in the enrollment department are:
Microsoft Word, Teams, Outlook, Access, Excel (some PowerPoint but mostly review of documents in PowerPoint such as training presentations)
Internal client systems for Medicaid enrollment (online enrollment system, provider database)
Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome
