Job Description
As a Tier 1 NOC Support Technician, your deep understanding of Telecom Network Wireless Technologies, especially Cellular (LTE, 4G, 5G) and Network Management Systems (NMS) such as SolarWinds, Zabbix along with experience in Network Hardware configuration such as switches and firewalls, your network outage troubleshooting skills, experience in network security protocols, architectural understanding of Transport Network  as well as expertise in ServiceNow and in Cloud native Telco Networks will be assets as you carry out your responsibilities.
Tier 1 support is in charge of monitoring, triaging and managing incidents across the MCP stack, IT and infrastructure. Tier 1 support is structured for 24/7 support and is responsible for break/fix and planned software upgrade maintenance across the stack, as well as troubleshooting, ticketing, incident documentation, routine maintenance, vendor escalations, outage support and Observability tool feedback. Three roles in this tier cover full MCP stack: Telco Apps and Platforms, Infrastructure and Facilities, Transport and IP.
