As a Maintenance Worker, you will perform the following duties: Utilizes a variety of materials, tools, and equipment associated with the repair and maintenance of structures and grounds. Performs minor plumbing repairs of limited difficulty such as tightening or replacing in-kind fittings and fixtures. Performs minor carpentry repairs of limited difficulty to buildings and quarters. Constructs, installs, repairs and replaces such items as doors, shelves, supply racks, hardware, frame structures, windows, trim and cabinets. Performs routine maintenance at different sites and visitor facilities, to include cleaning restrooms, and making minor repairs as needed. Operates a light truck to pick up supplies and to transport materials to and from work sites.
