About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Marketing Office on Luke AFB. This is a Flexible position, no guaranteed hours or benefits. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Extensive experience in web development, design security, and multi-channel marketing and social media management. Working knowledge of design/publishing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and/or Premier Pro or similar required. Experience which provides a general knowledge of marketing/advertising principles and practices. Active practitioners of social media and networking platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and their respective participants. Must process a broad understanding of social media trends/technologies and research/analytic tools. Must be creative, detail oriented, and accomplish multiple tasks within deadlines. Must be able to produce media without grammatical errors and have the ability to take well composed quality photographs/video with a digital camera.
Within guidelines, develops FSS strategy and implements tactical plans including building traffic, inciting engagement and growing community social media involvement and tracking and reporting metrics. Responsible for creating, editing, publishing, administering, and removing social media content. Must be Mobil and may be subject to irregular tour of duty hours for event coverage after hours and weekends to offer media support/live streaming to our social media platforms. Prepare presentations to promote FSS events and activities. Maintains social media content including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Mobile Application. Tracks user analytics for each social media platform. Continuously explores, recommends, uses and optimizes communication methods and technologies to engage with customers and to maximize the squadron's branding, products, and services. Identifies relevant new strategies and technology to increase customer engagement and to create online brand exposure. Must use a variety of artistic techniques through video/design software for digital media. Administers surveys, focus groups, collects data tabulates responses, and assists the Marketing Director in analyzing results. Make recommendations to the Marketing Director on program modifications and enhancements along with developing communication strategies to determine the program modifications and enhancements. Develop communication strategies to determine the most effective and efficient method of reaching the target market.
