As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Develop and implement innovative testing strategies that enhance the overall quality assurance process.
Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and guide team members in best practices for test automation and quality engineering.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project goals and timelines.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and performance.
