As Supervisory Information Technology Specialist in the Office of Information Technology's Information Protection Division (IPD), you will serve as senior technical advisor to the Agency on all matters related to information technology (IT) security, privacy, and compliance. IPD encompasses strategic and operational planning; security control and standards development and implementation; resource management; capital planning and investment; privacy program management; and information management.
You may qualify at the VH-41 (GS-15) band level if you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the VH-40 (GS-14) band level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Supervises a staff of Information Technology Specialists in ensuring that OIT programs and directives are aligned with Federal technology requirements, agency goals, and cybersecurity best practices. Develops annual budget requirements that provide resources necessary to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Agency as identified in the IRM Plan and OIT Service Level Agreement. Partners with FCA leadership to develop the vision and lead a dynamic enterprise IT program in support of the agency's mission.
