Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Operate various machines in the production process of raw materials being formed, fired, glazed, inspected, and packed.
Ability to precisely follow glaze recipes.
Ability to read various size scales in pounds and in kilograms.
Safely performs glaze mixing in different size mixers and buckets.
Spray tests new glaze batches.
Collects the tests and buckets and presents to Glaze Tech or Process Lead for approval.
Keeps accurate record of glaze recipes.
Keeps the glaze area safe and organized at all times.
Practice and follow all required safety regulations.
Maintain work area. Keep equipment, tools, and machinery in clean and safe working conditions. 
Assist the Glaze Tech in keeping accurate glaze inventory.
Performs other duties assigned by MADE supervisor to support meeting factory production goals.

Key Qualifications  
Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship. 
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. 
Must be at least 18 years old. 
Preferred Qualifications  
Minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, ceramics, or warehousing environment. High School Diploma or Equivalent.  
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
