We are seeking an experienced and a highly motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts across silicon-focused hardware development programs. This role is ideal for individuals with deep experience in material management/readiness and operational process optimization. As a TPM, you will work closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex hardware programs from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive material readiness by collaborating with supply chain and materials teams to forecast, procure, and manage inventory of critical components
Oversee operational support processes, including vendor coordination, production scheduling, and issue resolution to maintain program velocity
Manage cross-functional schedules, dependencies, and deliverables across engineering, NPI, manufacturing, and quality assurance
Own and drive program reviews, status updates, and decision-making forums with executive stakeholders
Ensure program alignment with business goals, technical requirements, and operational constraints
Champion best practices in hardware development lifecycle, including requirements management, build readiness, validation planning, and release criteria
Develop and manage detailed program plans, dashboards, and tracking tools
Support cost, schedule, and resource optimization through data-driven program insights
Support with creating program documentations, how-to guides, communication plan, wikis, and other material
Solid understanding of hardware design, bring-up, validation, and manufacturing
Proven experience in material planning, supply chain coordination, and production ramp support
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with both engineering and executive leadership
