Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Integrating and coordinating disparate functional groups and developing a cohesive team capable of successfully handling complex problems encountered; Planning, evaluating and continually monitoring program execution to understand, analyze, execute and communicate acceptable solutions to overcome challenges and mitigate cost, schedule and performance risks. You will serve as a Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM) for Overmatch (OM). OM is responsible for rapid capability development of networks, infrastructure, data, and tool and analytics.
You will ensure the data strategy and DEVSECOPS infrastructure is in alignment and consistent with other platform enclave strategies (e.g. combat systems, hull, mechanical, and electrical, C4I, etc.).
You will implement an agile project management team structure that prioritizes features based on data-driven analysis of user/fleet needs and application/warfighter impact.
You will incorporate industry and government best practices to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness of technologies. Assessing near and far term requirements and technology advances in relation to Project goals and objectives.
You will work with PM to communicate program information across the SYSCOMS, PEOs and other relevant organizations to facilitate leveraging opportunities.

You will interpret laws, rules and regulations in order to develop implementation strategies, and apply critical and independent judgment in making compromises to satisfy complex requirements.
