The Supply Chain Operations New Associate will work in the following programs: consumer based reverse logistics, basic product education, and process walkthroughs. The SSC Operations Associate supports the company’s processes through professional communications, primarily outbound and some inbound with our client’s customers, on behalf of Accenture’s clients. The SSC Operations Associate is also responsible for updating the company’s database with all appropriate information and supports all quality assurance efforts and program criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform/handle outbound or inbound customer communications via phone and other various methods of communication
Advise customers on behalf of Accenture’s clients
Follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents (read scripts)
Update program databases accurately
Appropriately handle challenging and unique customer situations in accordance with Accenture’s policies
Identify and escalate data or program specific issues to appropriate level of management
Meet or exceed Accenture’s key performance standards and quality objectives
Work as an integral part of the Operations team; contributing to the department’s ability to consistently meet or exceed Accenture’s performance goals
May be responsible for multiple programs and working cross-functionally through multiple programs at the same time
Role Requirements:
Reliable internet with a minimum speed requirement of 20MBPS download, 5MBPS upload (20/5)
Must be able to work a schedule including nights and weekends
