You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Missile Branch of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing annual budget execution, manage multiple appropriations across years, establish knowledge of financial policies/systems, and collaborate partnerships across organizations. You will review and manage all branch financial plans to ensure that encumbrances, commitments, and expenditures are within approved funding levels and carried out IAW program plans and external benchmarks.
You will prepare branch contract planning documents in coordination with branch budget executors. Ensures the statement of work is consistent with the appropriation allocated and all other contract planning documents are accurately completed.
You will review contract execution status for early signs and actions as appropriate. Initiates contract modifications, performs budget obligation and deobligation efforts
