You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the DIGITAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIVISION, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BRANCH of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/GS-12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating administrative or financial management requirements to identify and implement process improvement strategies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness of financial management programs. You will assist Department Management with the development, analysis, and review of Department financial requirements necessary for budgeting and executing the overhead and direct funding required for a Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) organization.
You will provide guidance and direction to managers on a wide range of administrative matters by utilizing command directives and requirements to ensure compliance.
You will provide overall insight into the development and management of business processes, policies, procedures, and operational schedules.
You will develop and establish the department's operational, administrative, and management policy.
You will conduct comprehensive assessments of command/department operations criteria to ensure department health and compliance with command goals and mission objectives.
You will develop, formulate, and implement department planning, analysis, identification, and allocation of business and operational policies, processes, and procedures.
