You will serve as a SUPERVISORY REGIONAL DISPATCH CENTER OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Operations and Regional Public Safety Department of Commander Navy Region, Pearl Harbor, HI. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Supervising multi-level personnel to ensure tasks are completed (i.e. schedules, training, performance); 2) Analyzing and/or evaluating methods and techniques to improve emergency response capabilities; 3) Making independent decisions during emergencies and communicates to employees, other agencies and responding units in concise terms; and 4) Developing and/or implements standard operating procedures/instructions, policies, and/or procedures to provide structured guidelines for organization.
