Sterile Processing Technicans prepare surgical instruments and equipment for use in operating, procedure and endoscopy rooms. The technician decontaminates and prepares for sterilization, all trays, instrumentation and equipment used at the surgery center and reprocesses instrumentation between cases in a timely manner.
