Job Description:
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PCLYPLN) in the Communications, Networks and Cyber In-Service Engineering Division of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
NM-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing the planning and/or operations in maintenance programs; plans, coordinates, and monitors work assignments of others and evaluates work performance. NM-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing assistance in the planning and/or operations in maintenance programs; plans, coordinates, and monitors work assignments of others and evaluates work performance. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. You will supervise and lead a diverse team of IT Specialists, and Engineers in the planning, execution, reporting and sustaining of Afloat Networks.
You will manage Branch day-to-day administrative operations and serve as STRL Rating Official for all employees assigned.
You will support Command initiatives focused on improving business and operations policies and implementing best practices; participate and lead Center and Department initiatives as requested by senior leadership.
You will work closely with the Division Deputy of Operations and Division Head to implement Division, Department and Center strategic and tactical action plans.
