Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST in the EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OFFICE NORTHWEST of USPACFLT EEO PROGRAM MANAGEMENT.
GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating civilian Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies and guidelines to determine the merits of workplace disputes or complaints and providing technical and advisory guidance by developing recommendations for appropriate remedial action to resolve or settle complaints. Examples of qualify experience may include: Providing advice on procedural EEO program requirements. Conducting complaint counseling, investigation and resolution. Advising management on appropriate courses of action to eliminate barriers to equal employment opportunity. You will be responsible for performing complex Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) services and program management of complaints processing, barrier analysis, assessments, training, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
You will serve as the senior functional expert in the areas of EEO complaints processing, Disability Program, and Special Emphasis Program Manager (SEPM) for EEO NW.
You will provide advice and guidance to other EEO Specialists, HR Specialists and activity management on sensitive complex issues related to workplace disputes.
You will provide guidance to the EEO Counselors on their counseling duties and attempts to resolve informal complaints.
You will ensure timelines of complaint processing is in accordance with regulatory time frames.
You will develop, implement, evaluate, and improve processes and procedures to monitor the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity regarding Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and EEO complaint processing.
You will resolve difficult and complex workplace problems through systemic fact-finding analysis, mediation and facilitation efforts.
