Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! QUALIFICATIONS: A Master's or Doctoral Degree in one of the following disciplines: marriage and family therapy, clinical social work, clinical psychology, or a human service and/or mental health professional field. Four years managerial experience in a behavioral or social sciences field that demonstrates leadership skills at a level to effectively manage Behavioral Health and FAP services. Must possess clinical license as a Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D.), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT). Must be able to meet credentialing standards in accordance with MCO 1754.11 Must have two years' experience in child abuse and domestic abuse counseling or treatment. A minimum of two years of post-licensure as a clinical supervisor of professional clinical providers. Due to the nature of work in this position, the incumbent may serve in an "on call" duty status outside of normal work hours that includes: remaining in a reasonable call back radius, carrying a cell phone or pager, or regularly checking email to respond to emergencies; remaining in a state of readiness to perform work with limitations on pursuing outside leisure activities, and/or reporting to a designated post of duty to be ready to or to perform work.
What to Expect: Independently oversees day-to-day operation of the program that encompasses: mission, function, operation, activity, laws, rules and regulations authorized and funded by the agency. Serves as the Program Manager of the installation Behavioral Health Branch/Family Advocacy Program; Marine and Family Programs, Marine Corps Community Services that includes oversight and management of: operation of facilities; programming and related services; planning, implementation of services and execution of associated initiatives. Serves as the Program Manager of the installation's full service Family Advocacy Program. Provides clinical oversight and guidance within Substance Abuse Counseling program Serves as an expert member of the Family Advocacy Committee (FAC) and serves as a member of the tracking team. Perform other duties as assigned.
