You will serve as a Motor Vessel Captain Supervisor II in the Port Operations Division of NAVAL STATION EVERETT. The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE 1) Navigating and maneuvering a large yard tugboat alongside naval and/or civilian vessels to assist in berthing; 2) Performing administrative and planning duties (data calls, advising the Installation Commanding Officer, coordinating and scheduling ship moves; 3) Performing routine maintenance of the tugboat to ensure proper operation; 4) Leading subordinate workers while the tug is underway.
