Job Description:

You will serve as a DEPUTY COMMAND INSPECTOR GENERAL in the COMMAND iNSPECTOR GENERAL DIVISION of MARINE CORPS BASE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing, analyzing, and evaluating complaiance of individuals and organizations with laws, reglations and orders; conducting investigations and interviews; creating, proposing or implementing new guidelines and/or modifying existing guidelines and policies; establishing rapport to extract inofrmation pertating to complaints and allegations. You will readiness inspection program directives ensuring that they meet Service readiness inspection program requirements
You will ensure that training is conducted, for all members of the inspection teams
You will review and approve all arrangements for transportation, messing, billeting, funding and administrative support for the inspection teams.
Perform an examination and analysis of annual readiness inspection results to determine trends and identify problem areas
You will supervise the Admin Chief on the appeals process, ensuring that all appropriate information is provided with each appeal.
You will review all packages involving juvenile misconduct and make determinations for disposition of each case.
You will assist in he development and implementation of regional and base-wide policies, programs, and procedures.
You will conduct inquiries to resolve situations where individuals have made allegations or suspect they have been wronged by a Department of Defense system.
You will provide exercises oversight and administrative management of all subordinate members of the Inspection Section.
