Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating shipyard's operation procedures to develop an effective and efficient program evaluation plan for business practices improvement and regulatory compliance. You will provide technical and administrative oversight to management, program analysts, and naval audit service/comptroller trainees.
You will develop short-range and long-range plans and objectives to prepare annual budgets and justifications.
You will conduct and direct studies of Shipyard program operations and policies for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
You will analyze, study, evaluate, and investigate major aspects of substantive command evaluation and review Shipyard functional and regulatory programs.
You will isolate, identify, and recommend solutions to critical problems affecting organizational and headquarter level program goals and objectives.
You will formulate, conduct and supervise investigations into matters of fraud, waste, and abuse.
