Key Responsibilities:
As a Java Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Java is required. Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Microservices Architecture, Apache Cassandra, Splunk, and Event Driven Architecture is suggested. Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Implement best practices in software development to improve code quality and maintainability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
