Job Description:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-2 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting system engineering technical reviews and assessments in the areas of system design, development and testing within an acquisition framework. You will lead the system engineering technical assessment and measurement efforts across the subprograms and modernization efforts of the Strategic Weapon System.
You will develop engineering acquisition documents for the SSP subprograms in support of system engineering technical reviews, Gate Reviews and Milestone assessments and in accordance with DoD Instructions and policies.
You will liaise across a diverse workforce of technical branch subsystem developers, Government integrated product teams, contractors, and warfare centers to coordinate, deconflict and optimize subprogram schedules, activities and resources.
You will coordinate with leadership to develop capability insertion plans to transition research and development products into programs of record.
You will develop budget planning factors, defend budget requests to the Board of Directors, track and manage financial expenditures.
