To qualify for the Management and Program Analyst, PG - 0343 - 13 , you must meet the following requirements: To minimally qualify for the PG-13 you must have one year of specialized experience at the PG-12 (or equivalent) level or higher. The specialized experience includes 1) communicate orally with customers internally and externally; 2) manage and assess the agencies Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Program. And 3) utilize GPO automated procurement system Government Business Information System (GBIS). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement (07/01/2025) to be considered.

Serve as Administrator for the Government Business Information System (GBIS) vendor list.
Serve as Small Agency Representative for the agency Contracting Officers Representative Program.
Serve as a Primary contact IT and Oracle Contractor for resolutions in systems issues.
