You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems and helping their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading teams and projects as you are talking to senior managers and clients. And as a senior manager, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you’ve got the leadership skills to handle the pressure. 
The work:  
As part of the Cost Accounting role within the Enterprise Finance team, you will be responsible for completing Solution Confirmation workshops for all Controlling related topics including Margin Analysis, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), as well as Internal Orders and FP&A Reporting. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.  From the realize phase, you are required to complete the configuration efforts in conjunction with your ATCI counterparts as well as completing Functional Design and Configuration Rationale documentation.
This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in the office. Primary hiring location is Houston, TX but may consider candidates in Nashville TN or Phoenix, AZ.
