Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing supporting services such as developing cost estimates, staffing needs, budget shortages, data and material handling systems, and management controls to guide personnel in support of operational requirements for an organization. You will provide direct support to Program Manager (PM) for overall total life cycle management for the program on the oversight of facility maintenance and construction, human resource and fiscal planning and management, etc.
You will be responsible for the overall development, implementation, operations and maintenance/sustainment for the Transit Protection Program (TPP) and other emerging missions as assigned.
You will identify potential areas of security difficulties, costs, and the need for future funding requirements.
You will have extensive responsibilities to coordinate efforts of internal and external individuals with regards to Security, Operations, and Engineering.
You will conduct special studies to access specific detailed problem areas as deemed appropriate or as required by PM.
You will recommend, develop, and/or reviews standards and instructions in such areas as Transit Protection, facilities, communication systems, data and material handling systems.
You will recommend, develop, and/or reviews standards and instructions in such areas management controls to guide personnel engaged in Transit Protection Program and other emerging missions.
You will develop information used by the PM to develop goals and objectives that need additional emphasis, the best approach or solution to budget shortages, and plans for long range staffing needs.
You will serve as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and/or Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) on significant projects.
You will provide the responsibility of supporting all services, equipment, facilities, personnel, and security systems used in ensuring the security of nuclear assets.
